The Department pursues the following primary objectives:

  • Create an academic environment that promotes the intellectual and professional development of students and faculties.
  • To provide the Civil Service aspirants an all-around knowledge to help them clear the Indian Administrative Service and related services examinations.
  • Take various measures to enable them to achieve their target by conducting different programs like – inspirational lectures, Expert Lectures, knowledge-based classroom teaching, testing sessions, issue-based discussions, and Mock U.N/Mock Parliament
  • Provide hands-on experience with personality tests conducted by UPSC.
  • Provide programs for all students that meet the educational and technical demands of the sub-disciplines represented in the Department.
